The Children’s Sessions Planning Group (formerly Friends Under Nineteen) has expanded the scope of the programming for and care of Friends under high school age.  Part of this is an expansion of childcare during various times of adult programming.  The planning group is seeking Friends who will be responsible for babysitting children under 3 years old and supervising older children in the designated play area at various times during ILYM Annual Sessions.  Friends taking up this responsibility will have an option to reduce their registration fees.  This is a position of extra responsibility that may be assisted by people who sign up at Annual Sessions to help out with babysitting and childcare. A job description, registration fee reduction details, and the schedule of needed times can be requested by contacting the ILYM Administrative Coordinator, Wil Brant at illinoisym@ilym.org. Requests to serve should be received by June 1. You will be required to provide the names of two people who are familiar with your work with children as references.
