The Fall Continuing Committee will be held on Saturday, October 29 at the Urbana-Champaign Meetinghouse (1904 E. Main St, Urbana, IL 61802), hosted by Urbana-Champaign Friends (U-C). Continuing Committee is open to all who have concern about the work of ILYM. Each person’s presence (whether delegated or not) will enrich the meeting’s deliberations.
Fellowship with coffee and snacks will be ready at 9:30 a.m. Childcare during meeting sessions will be provide by Urbana-Champaign Friends. Settling into Worship to seek Divine Guidance for business at hand will begin at 10:00 a.m. Urbana-Champaign Friends will provide lunch. There will be a basket for contributions to cover the modest costs of the meal. The meeting usually concludes between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.
Advance Documents are available for downloading and review at ilym.org/continuing-committee-minutes. Please print or download an electronic copy for use at the meeting. A limited supply of print copies will be available.
Facemasks: U-C asks Friends to wear masks inside of the building except when eating.
Parking: U-C has a small parking lot. There will be overflow parking available across the street at the ILEAS Training Center’s parking. They gave U-C permission for to use their lot for this occasion. The parking lot is on the S.E. corner of Main and Art Bartell Road.
