The Fall Continuing Committee will be held on Saturday, October 21 at Chicago Friends School (1246 W. Thorndale, Chicago, IL 60660). It will be hosted by Northside Friends.
Fellowship with coffee and snacks will be ready at 9:30 a.m. Settling into Worship to seek Divine Guidance for business at hand will begin at 10:00 a.m. Northside Friends will provide a homemade lunch of soup and salad lunch. There will be a basket for contributions to cover the modest costs of the meal. The meeting usually concludes between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.
Friends are encouraged to bring their own reusable coffee mugs and water bottles to reduce the disposables needed.
If you have dietary restriction or need overnight accommodations the weekend of Continuing Committee, please provide this information via the Contact Us form before October 14.

Parking: There is a small parking lot adjacent to the school, but the spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be full. Street parking (free) in the neighborhood is usually available, and metered parking is available on Broadway. The Chicago Friends School is also close to the Thorndale Red Line L stop and the Broadway bus.
Entering: Please use the entrance on the west side of the school off Magnolia St. Walk through the parking lot to the doors. The entrance is up a small flight of stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.

Please try to read the reports ahead of time and bring your own print or electronic copies if you will need them. A few print copies of these documents will be available at Continuing Committee. If you know folks in your meeting who are expecting to attend and are without e-mail or web access, please share these documents with them.
